A celebration of America’s original musical art form, Jazz Maui 2014 features instructional workshops for students and performances by visiting and local professional jazz musicians. This exciting festival is being held July 28 through August 3 at various venues on Maui.

The primary source of funding for Jazz Maui 2014 is from sponsors such as yourself; it receives no governmental funds.

As you may be aware, Arts Education for Children Group (AECG), www.aecg.org is a 501(c)[3] nonprofit organization established in 1996 to provide opportunities for artistic and cultural enrichment. Over the years, AECG has presented many music camps, classes, workshops and performance venues for aspiring musicians including the Maui invitational Music Festival  and the Maui Hawaiian Steel Guitar Festival. The primary source of funding for Jazz Maui 2013 is from sponsors such as yourself through donations and ticket sales.

How you can help

Your donation of an item or service in our Silent Auction will help assure the success of Jazz Maui 2014 and provide funds for music education programs. The auction will be held July 31st at the Ritz Carlton as part of the Kick Off concert featuring Amy Hanaialili. Mahalo for any consideration you may lend to this worthwhile event. JAZZ MAUI 2014 FACT SHEET

Produced by: Arts Education for Children Group (AECG), a 501(c)[3] nonprofit organization established in 1986 to provide opportunities for artistic and cultural enrichment (www.aecg.org).
Jazz Maui 2014 is being presented to:
1) provide an opportunity for local residents, including music students, aspiring young musicians, professional musicians, and jazz music aficionados, to participate in and/or attend high quality jazz music performance concerts;
2) provide a venue for young aspiring local jazz musicians to establish connections within the professional jazz music scene that may facilitate career opportunities;
3) provide music students on Maui an opportunity to participate in instructional workshops and jam sessions conducted by internationally acclaimed jazz musicians and music educators; and
4) establish an annual signature event featuring high quality jazz and various music performances for the enjoyment and enrichment of visitors and local residents further distinguishing Maui as a culturally-rich world-class destination.

  • Placement in all Jazz Maui marketing materials including print, broadcast and social media
  • Prominent on-site branding such as banners/signage
  • Acknowledgement in announcements during live performances
  • Exclusive access to Jazz Maui festival pre and post events
  • VIP tickets to:
    • July 31, Benefit Concert at The Ritz Carlton Kapalua
    • August 1, Jazz Maui All Stars Concert at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center
